This Duffle Bag Class lets you select the bag size you need. Pick large, medium, or small. This bag is useful to have and easy to make! Laurie says if you're just starting out making bags, this one is a great place to start! Like eating potato chips, it's hard to stop at just one!.

Time for an In-house Embroidery retreat. Three days of fun, games, food, and laughter. Bring your own project to work on. We will have games, free patterns, and prizes.

Back by popular demand is Free Motion Quilting! Learn how to finish your project with just the right free motion pattern. We'll talk about tension, needle, thread selection and pattern designs. Most importantly, we will practice, practice, practice! So grab that free motion foot and join us for a session of "NO FEAR"!

Join us as we make magic happen in our classroom! Bring your project(s) in progress and hang out to sew together. Students will receive help with projects of their choice during this open sewing class, if needed.

Turn your fat quarters into a lovely baby or lap quilt. Great project for beginners, or experienced quilters needling a quick gift. The first session involves cutting and piecing techniques--two ruler cutting will make your cutting go much faster! In the second class, you will start by learning how to "square up" blocks. Then, the fun of sewing your blocks together and add your borders. Come join the fun!

This open sew session is the perfect place to finish that UFO and have some friends to visit with while you do it! Have a question about how to get started with a difficult pattern? Bring them in! Need some input on colors? Plenty of help available! Need a large design board to examine the possibilities? We're ready for you! Laurie will do a demo each session on a sewing technique or new tools. There's always something to learn when we sew together!

Come Machine Embroidery with Cheryl. Bring your own projects and Cheryl will help you with them. Cheryl can help you with the right stabilizer, needles and downloading your projects on your USB. Bring a sack lunch.

Come Join Peggy's Quilter's Academy! In the 101 class, we will make a table runner. After the second session, you will have a completed project! We will start with the very basics of quilting. You will learn how to use a ruler and rotary cutter. We will go over preparing fabrics, pressing, and most importantly, accuracy both in cutting and sewing. You will be all set to continue on and learn additional techniques.

Whether you have taken quilting 101 or have done some sewing and would like to learn more, come to the Quilter's Academy Class 102. We will learn how to read a pattern & answer questions you may have come across in projects you have done. This pattern allows you choices for the size of quilt you wish to make. The larger the quilt you choose, the more homework you will have. We will be concentrating on accuracy since joining the blocks to form rows is very important.

This is a new class! We will start each class with a 15-20 minute "Tips or Tricks" demo, and then Penny will be here to help you finish your projects. This is an open sew class. Sew...bring whatever project you want to work on or need help with. It doesn't have to be "half done"; it could be a new project!

Quilt Illustrated has expanded their selection of wire supported patterns to three: the Cube, the Tool Tote, and the Boxy Tote. Choose any of the three sizes to make during Laurie's Tool Tote Class. Construction methods remain the same, just the size and the interfacing choices change. The Boxy Tote can be used to carry your Featherweight sewing machine! You'll want Laurie's hints to make construction a snap. (No there are no snaps!) Register early as spots in these classes go quickly!.
