We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personal identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

STORE POLICIES
We want you to be 100% satisfied.  Please notify us of any errors in your order within 30 days. To shop online, choose a department to browse in or search by keyword for products. Add individual items to your shopping cart where you can check out anytime.  If you can't find what you are looking for in our store, or have a problem placing your order, please contact us!We make every attempt to have our items appear as they actually are, but at times the camera may distort some colors.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Most packages are shipped via US Postal Service .  We will ship your items within 1 business day whenever possible. If an item is out of stock you will be notified and we will ship it as soon as possible. If you are ordering sale items, your shipping will be based on the regular price of the items. These prices are guidelines and may be adjusted depending upon actual items ordered. If items have an unusual shape,
size or weight (i.e. when ordering just one pattern), shipping prices may be adjusted.  At Peddler we try to keep shipping costs down to the minimum. Our shipping charges are for shipping & handling, meaning not only will you be charged for the actual cost of shipping your order,
but for the other costs associated with shipping your order. These costs include but are not limited to:
postage fees, envelopes, boxes, packing materials, tape, labels, equipment necessary for
processing your orders (scales, software, dedicated printers etc.), labor to process and package your order.
These are just some of the costs directly associated with shipping your orders in a timely and cost effective manner.
Please note that shipping rates quoted on your order may not be the actual shipping cost, as we will manually
adjust for any considerable differences. For example, if ordering just one pattern, shipping is quoted at $6.50,
we adjust that accordingly and you can assume one pattern will not ship for more than $3.45.  If you are ever in question of any of our shipping rates, please do no hesitate to contact us at

Please Note - International Customers: All Canadian and International packages are shipped via USPS. Peddler's Way Quilt Company will ship via the most cost effective means either Priority or First Class. If we can put your order in a smaller flat rate Priority package we will lower your shipping charges accordingly.  The shipping charges above are the maximum amount you will be charged.

Note: We are not responsible for the receipt of international shipping. If a customer wants tracking or insurance they need to request it from us and will be billed at the applicable rate. If tracking or insurance is purchased and the package is not received we will assist in the tracking request but we will not be responsible for the receipt of the package.  Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Block of the Month

When you register for any of our Block of the Month programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program. We will abide by this policy and prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration. If you must cancel out of any block of the month program there may be a cancellation fee!  We require a credit card number on file and will charge your card each month for the monthly cost of your program plus shipping and handling. Programs vary, please read each program for length of program and associated shipping and handling costs.

ON LINE FABRIC PURCHASES
On Line Fabric is sold by the yard, with a minimum cut of 1/2 yard (.5) and Sale fabrics are mininum of 1 yard cut.

IN STORE FABRIC PURCHASES
In our Brick and Mortar Store, fabric is sold by the yard, with a minimum cut of 1/8 yard and Sale fabrics are minimum of 1 yard cut

KITS
All of our kits are complete with the exception of Batting and Backing. If other items (ie. Book) are needed, they will be listed. Kit fabric may be different than sample pictured.

Returns  
Any returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Item must be in saleable condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor to them. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) cannot be returned. Customer pays for return shipping. Your payment source will be credited for the returned item only. In the unlikely event of packing errors or damaged merchandise, please call Peddler's Way Quilt Co. immediately and we will work out the details on a case by case basis.

SALES TAX
 Orders placed from within the state of Illinois will have 8.0% sales tax added. International orders (outside the USA) may be subject to customs,  duties and taxes.
